About Me

Hi! My name is Katy, I’m a freshman in college living north of Boston. I’m working with the challenges of living healthily in college, and trying to become active, healthy, and happy. 

I’ve never been hugely overweight, but at my heaviest weight I was pretty chunky, and I hated myself. In January of 2011 I decided enough was enough, and I dropped from 160 to 145 in about two months, and I gave up. Now I’m back on track and not really watching the numbers (although it would give me so much satisfaction to see 130 on that scale one day), I’m just trying to keep up with all the inspiring, hardcore athletes I see on here every day!
