smartone’s pasta with ricotta and spinach
Dinner
whole grain pasta with veggie meatballs and sauce
Snacks
1 sliced red bell pepper
100 calorie pack of goldfish
I’m going to the gym soon, so I’ll be eating something afterwards, but otherwise this was a pretty solid day! Need to watch how many carbs I’m eating, but at least it’s all whole wheat.
Pretty brilliant if you ask me.

BAM delicious breakfast sandwhich for 300 calories with 6 g of fiber and 17g of protein!
